Hi, I’m Nicol, a San Francisco-based fitness coach since 2017 helping clients get stronger, improve form, and move pain-free. I specialize in:
Perinatal Coaching: Helping mothers get stronger safely during pregnancy and postpartum.
Mobility, Core, and Strength Training: Enhancing athletic performance and functional fitness, helping clients look their best while moving better through targeted programming.

A former competitive gymnast who represented Singapore with multiple gold medals, Nicol brings a disciplined, detail-oriented approach to coaching forged through years of elite athletic training. After retiring from gymnastics at 17, she rediscovered her passion for fitness through High-Intensity Low-Impact Pilates—a journey that led her to leave her corporate career in fraud investigation and data analytics. Today, Nicol combines her analytical mindset with a passion for movement science to help clients build strength, confidence, and longevity.
Nicol’s methodology is rooted in form-first precision, evidence-based programming, and holistic empowerment. She believes fitness should transform not only how you look but also how you feel and perform—whether you’re lifting weights, chasing toddlers, or conquering boardrooms.
